Shift: 2nd (12:45 PM – 9:00 PM) Sundays - Thursdays
Location: Arcadia, WI
Pay: $18.00/hr
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Job Description for the Production Operator:
Operate production equipment, add ingredients, and package products
Maintain cleanliness and safety in line with cGMP standards
Communicate process updates and issues to shift leads
Document production activity accurately
Perform in-process quality checks and monitor equipment
Requirements for the Production Operator:
High School Diploma
6–12 months of manufacturing experience
GMP knowledge and ability to follow SOPs
Team player mindset
Some forklift experience preferred
